As a Social Media Specialist, a typical day might look like:

Execute social media strategy through:

Building meaningful relationships for ePartners’ with industry-specific members through social media

Competitive research

On-Page Engagement

Off-Page Engagement

•Groups

•Forums

•Email

•Messages

Strategically scheduling curated content, emails, texts, images, video and stories

Assist and at times lead the charge in the development of content within the production team

Ensure that all managed accounts are optimized within each platform and effectively contributing to the goals of the ePartner

Moderate customer-generated content, messages, and reviews

Continuously work to improve social media strategy through gathering and analyzing social data/metrics, insights, and best practices

Manage Listings online for ePartners

Manage the online reputation of our managed accounts

Continuously Develop Influencer Marketing Campaigns

Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns

Expectations of this position:

Maintain a clear and firm understanding of the department’s working flex, deadlines, time budgets

Solid understanding of responsible persuasion and trust development through authentic brand and voice.

Organize personal workflow to best deliver on deadlines and departmental responsibilities 

Contribute to the division of task process the department’s team

Know and understand the accounts managed by the department including: voice, bible details, post schedules, brand and more

Provide expert guidance, ideas, and campaign proposals to both Account Managers and direct clients of the department

Assist in the outreach and onboarding of new accounts to be managed by the Social Media Department in order for the department to reach its goals

Communication is vital to success. It is expected that this position lead the way in communication regarding its assigned projects, accounts, and process changes. Always sharing what is currently happening in these areas and what can be expected in the future

Develop campaigns, projects and deliverables on Monday.com with Myers Marketing Management’s practices

Utilize Google Drive within Myers Marketing Management’s practices

Experience in managing influencer campaigns

Experience developing and managing paid digital campaigning with a wide variety of  budget sizes

As a Social Media Specialist you will work along side our Social Media Department in order to directly contribute to the overall success of the department. You will contribute to the improvement of processes, strategy and work flow.
