Myers Marketing Management is looking for a driven, relationship-focused professional to help grow both our client accounts and our agency.
This is not a passive account maintenance role.
We are looking for someone who can build trust, identify opportunities, grow accounts, create new relationships, and contribute directly to revenue growth.
This role combines account management, business development, networking, and strategic relationship building. The right person understands how to create momentum, communicate professionally, and confidently represent a brand in both business and community settings.

What This Role Includes
Managing and growing existing client relationships
Identifying opportunities to expand accounts and increase revenue
Supporting business development and prospect relationship building
Attending networking events, dinners, community functions, activations, and client events on behalf of Myers Marketing Management
Helping maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities and relationships
Collaborating internally with leadership, media, social, creative, and web teams to support client success
Representing Myers Marketing Management professionally within the community
Following through consistently and communicating proactively with both clients and team members

Compensation
Projected first-year income for this role is approximately $75,000 with no income cap.
Compensation includes a combination of base pay and performance opportunity tied to growth and revenue generation.
Schedule & Work Environment
Most team members typically arrive around 7:00 AM and wrap up around 4:00 PM or earlier depending on workload. Event schedules and productions occasionally require adjusted hours, and our team flexes accordingly.
This is an in-office position based in Tulsa, Oklahoma.
